Return Process

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your product.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
